Exciting news! Swiss Air and IGNIV by Andreas Caminada have joined forces to present a special menu of top Swiss chef Silvio Germann. Travellers flying in business or in first over the next three months will be in for a treat. Passengers will be able to try an exclusive 3 month menu of appetising delights and local regional specialities.

The Silvio Germann inspired menu will run from early September to early December on long haul flights departing from Switzerland.

Swiss Air First Class Scrumptious Treats

For Swiss first class travellers, Silvio Germann has designed a delicious desert amongst other dishes. A tart with sea buckthorn jelly and sour cream. This mouth watering dish will get everyone’s taste buds tingling.

Swiss Air is also offering its business class guests a delightful Balik salmon sashimi with dill cream and smoked fish mousse. Other dishes from the special menu include sautéed cod fillet with seafood nage and veal ragout braised in vegetables.
