Emirates customers flying to India are in for a treat! From November the 4th to the 10th, passengers in all cabins between Dubai and India will enjoy some authentic Indian dishes that have been specially created for Diwali. Customers can look forward to indulging on some delicious sweets and delicacies associated with Diwali as they feast at 40,000 feet.

Indian rice dish served in copper potEmirates will also be serving Diwali dishes in some lucky selected lounges. On November 7, Emirates’ premium lounges in Dubai, Delhi, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Kuala Lumpur will also be able to join in the festivities.

Some traditional foods Emirates customers can look forward to be dining on are laddoos, barfis, jalebis; mains such as biryani rice and chapatti; snacks like dal kachori and samosa; and desserts such as rabdi, angoori, kheer and Rasmalai.
