Booking confirmation with be confirmed in email or post (if requested). If you haven’t received confirmation within 7 days, please contact us immediately on 020 8417 1366.
If you want to change any part of your holiday arrangements after the invoice has been issued, we will do our best to make the change, but it may not always be possible.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing and will not take effect until received by us. If you cancel or amend your booking the supplier may charge the cancellation or amendment charge shown in their terms and conditions (which may be up to 100% of the cost of the travel arrangements). We may collect this on their behalf and you also must pay us any applicable administration charges.

Yes. We pride ourselves by being flexible and ‘going the extra mile’. We are able to arrange airport transfers, chauffeurs, luxury holidays, hotels, private jets, private yachts, luxury car rentals.
We are also able to organise travel insurance, through our partner “Rush Insurance Services Ltd” and can arrange special assistance to those with disabilities, where available.
Payments by credit cards are subject to a 2.5% handling fee. Debit card payments do not carry a handling fee.

Generally hotel rooms are available for check-in between midday and 3pm and check out times are generally between 11am and 12:30pm. Many hotels offer luggage storage and excellent changing facilities for use by guests.
Should you require either an early check in or late check out, please ensure you have discussed your requirements at the point of booking. Whilst we will endeavour to make these arrangements for you, it is likely there will be a charge for this service.
We can arrange all aspects of your journey for you. We will discuss transfer options with you, but if you are in any doubt, please just ask.
You will need your transfer confirmation email. We recommend printing this incase you are unable to access your digital confirmation whilst abroad. Should you experience any problems, please contact us on 020 8417 1366.
If we have arranged transfers for you, they will be waiting in the arrivals hall. They are easily identified with their business name which will be detailed on your booking confirmation (if it is a group transfer), or if you have private transfer they will be holding a card with your name written on it.
If you are travelling business class and chauffeur transfers are included in your flight ticket, please proceed directly to the airlines desk in arrivals where you will be assigned your driver.
If you have booked private car hire through us, we will provide you with all necessary documentation and the care hire company will also confirm your booking direct with you. Please remember to take both parts of your driver’s licence with you.
