Main duties and activities:
- Working from our Putney Bridge offices, responding to enquiries created online and through our own database of customers
- Arranging all aspects of business and luxury travel itineraries, including: flights, transfers, accommodation, excursions etc
Key tasks and duties:
- Working with a wide variety of business travellers and luxury holidaymakers
- Arranging all aspects of the client’s travel
- Handling all enquiries with exceptional customer service and in a professional manner
- Offering expert advice i.e. best value/most effective carriers, accommodation etc
- Working well as part of a busy but friendly and supportive team
Other Information:
- Salary: £20,000 plus commission, rising to £21,000
- OTE: £30,000 to £60,000 per annum (uncapped)
- Hours: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 1 late shift per week (11am to 7:30pm), 1 Sunday afternoon (12pm to 5pm) per month
Essential Requirements:
- Previous Travel experience
- In-depth knowledge of a GDS
- Strong knowledge of long haul travel destinations and Worldwide geography
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to articulate well; good clear telephone voice
- Professional approach at all times
