About Us

The Just Fly Business Story

Just Fly Business was co-founded in 2013 by Amanda Ranu, Harvey Goodman & Alex Way. Starting the business from home, the company has seen steady growth and our offices are now located at Cambridge House in Putney.

With our 15 strong travel team, we like to think we have “luggage loads” of first hand experience and enjoy the challenge of winning new customers and most importantly, retaining them as long-lasting clients. Our core offering is business class and first class flights, however over 60% of our customers book their full travel plans with us. Whether that be a beach holiday in the Caribbean, a meeting in Atlanta, or a safari in Botswana, the staff will take the time to listen to your travel requirements, ideas, and travel dreams, providing honest and personal recommendations. We don’t just arrange holidays or business trips, we like to create experiences that you will remember for all the right reasons, forever.

We’re Here When Things Go Wrong

The true value of customer service is measured when things go wrong, which occasionally they do. The last thing you want is to be is at the mercy of the check-in counter staff. Whether it be due to a volcanic ash cloud, or a strike by ground staff, we’re here to assist you.

Financial Protection

Just Fly Business Limited is an Accredited Body Member of Hays Travel Limited, ATOL 5534. We are also a member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct.

When you buy an ATOL protected flight or package holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you, and who to contact if things go wrong.

As a business, we know the only way to grow our company is by providing a premium service to you, our customers. Our existing customers know how good we are, but the challenge is to convince new customers to book through us.

The way we do this is two-fold; first by providing a highly competitive price, bespoke support, and excellent customer service, and second by putting ourselves out there in the public eye through the independent review platform Feefo, and by entering ourselves into industry awards.
